This Delhi-based medical weight-loss company sold prescription-based treatment directly through their website, but had no way of actually measuring what was working. No GA4, no Search Console, no Tag Manager, no Microsoft Clarity, no Meta Pixel. They were running paid campaigns completely blind, and sales reflected it.
Digging deeper, we found the real blocker wasn't just tracking. It was trust. Asking someone to buy prescription medicine online, sight unseen, is a big ask anywhere, and even more so in the Indian market, where hesitation around unfamiliar medical products runs high. A straightforward "buy now" funnel was never going to work here.
Step 1: Fix the blind spots. We implemented full-funnel tracking (GA4, Search Console, GTM, MS Clarity, Meta Pixel) so every decision from here on would be backed by real data.
Step 2: Build trust before the ask. Instead of pushing a direct sale, we built a landing page offering a low-cost doctor consultation (₹499) as the first step. On the call, the doctor walked people through the medicine, results, and side effects in detail, directly addressing the trust gap. It worked well, but doctor availability meant it could only scale one conversation at a time.
Step 3: Scale it with webinars. To break that ceiling, we shifted the same doctor-led education into a free webinar format, reaching many people at once instead of one. We built dedicated campaigns and landing pages for this funnel, tested multiple audiences, ad sets, and media formats, and used the analytics stack to watch on-page behavior in real time, making adjustments as the data came in.
Step 4: Make it permanent. The webinars started monthly, then scaled to bi-weekly within 2 months as demand and results proved the format out.

Consultation volume jumped from 12 to 15 a month to 70 to 80 per webinar cycle. Of those attendees, 15% went on to actually purchase medicine, taking paying customers from 15 a month to 70 to 80 per cycle, a dramatic jump built entirely on a repeatable, scalable engine rather than one-off effort.
