Shoe Factory needed the full stack: a brand identity, an e-commerce site to actually sell through, and the ongoing social and paid media to drive people to it, for a Delhi footwear manufacturer selling both under its own name and through the Flip Flop sub-brand.
An e-commerce site for a manufacturer has to do more than look good, it has to convert browsing into checkout. We built Shoe Factory's online store around clear product presentation and a straightforward path to purchase, structured to handle a full catalogue across multiple footwear lines rather than a handful of hero products.
Shoe Factory needed two things running at once: everyday social content that kept the brand visible, and paid campaigns built specifically to drive sales. We ran both together, product-led creative for Shoe Factory and its Flip Flop line, paired with paid ad campaigns designed around actual purchase intent rather than just impressions.
We handled Shoe Factory's branding end to end, logo, visiting cards, and a distinct identity for the Flip Flop sub-brand that needed to feel related to the parent brand without being identical to it, since the two lines target slightly different customers.
